Rules (revised 2023) Please Read

       Campground General rules

-If you cannot follow these rules listed below you will be asked to vacate the campground permanently.

-No Guns allowed.

-No Fireworks allowed.

-No Refunds of any kind.

-Guests and Family members are allowed to visit. Guests Must Sign IN They can do so by filling out the questionnaire at www.drydockcampground.com/guest   Please limit to 6 guests per campsite, unless approved by management.

-No subletting allowed (Family Members, Guests) can only stay overnight if you are here as well.

-Electric bills are due at the 1st of the month. A $10.00 late fee will be added after the 5th.

-Payments can be made Online at turbotenant.com or by Check via dropbox or Mail.

-Camping is restricted to IN season only. April 1st- Oct 31st.  (The Campground is closed  Nov 1st - March 31st.)

-This is not your residence do not have mail or packages delivered to the campground. 

      Campsite

-You are responsible for keeping your campsite clean. 

-We will mow what we can with the riding mower you are responsible for the rest.

-Please keep your campsite lawn picked up (dog chains, wood stacked up, debris) or your campsite may not get mowed. You will then be responsible to mow your own site.

-No more than two vehicles per campsite. If there is not enough room for second vehicle it is permitted to park on the boat storage lots.

-No outside refrigerators, sheds, fences, awnings, or permanent structures without permission from management.

-You may not cut or trim trees without permission from management.

-If you want to add gravel to your campsite, please get permission first.

-No standing water is allowed at campsites i.e., birdbaths or bowls. When you leave your campsite, they must be put away.

-If you do not take care of your campsite Management will and charge accordingly.   

      RV’s

-Trailers must be hard piped to the sewage system. No flexible hoses allowed.

-If you are planning on replacing your Trailer, please notify management before replacing.

-Trailers over 35’ must be approved by management.

-The use of generators is prohibited.

-If you are planning on selling your trailer that is  20 years or older. It  will not be allowed to stay at the campground when sold.

-Trailer sales that will stay at the campground must be sold by management for a 10% commission. Otherwise, the trailer must be removed once sale is completed. 

​      Children

-No children are permitted to drive a golfcart unless 16 years old.

-Children need to be at their campsite by 11PM unless accompanied by a parent.

-Children must wear a life jacket when playing by ponds unless they can swim.

-You are responsible for any damage caused by your child.

      Dogs

-Dogs must be on a leash or tied to your campsite per state law.

-Clean up after your dog at your campsite and while walking. You can take your dog out to the burn pile to do its business.

-Do not leave your dog at your campsite unattended. 

-If you have a dog that barks a lot and gets complaints from neighbors, you will be banned from bringing them to the campground.

      Boats

-Each campsite is allowed one boat that must be stored on one of the boat storage lots if it does not fit at the site.

If you would like to store an additional boat a $30.00 fee per month will be charged.

      Dumpster & Burn Pile

-Bagged trash only in the dumpster. No fish guts/scraps allowed.

-No items left outside of the dumpster as they will not take it. 

-ONLY burnable items in the burn pile. This means no cement, metals or shingles. 

 

No refunds of any kind will be issued.

Site Fees for the 2024 season are $2000 due on April 1st 2024           

 

Deposits of $500 for 2024 season are due October 1st 2023 leaving a balance of $1500 due April 1st 2024
